Founded in 1990 by passionate early childhood educator Mrs. Jayanthi M. Pai, Kiddys Play House started as a small haven for a handful of young children in Bangalore. Over 35 years, her hands-on dedication, warmth, and vision transformed it into a pioneer preschool, shaping generations of confident, happy learners through tireless commitment and community trust.
The school’s philosophy centers on holistic growth, blending academic readiness with emotional and social foundations via care, patience, creativity, and excellence. Supported by long-serving teachers offering personalized attention in a safe, joyful “second home,” it nurtures curiosity, confidence, and play-based discovery for every child.

Jayanthi M. Pai is a dedicated and passionate early childhood educator with a deep love for nurturing young minds. Her journey in education began in 1990 when she founded Kiddys Play House in Shantinagar, Bangalore, with just a small group of children. Driven by her unwavering commitment, warmth, and care, Jayanthi transformed Kiddys Play House into a pioneer preschool in the area. Now running successfully for 35 years, the preschool has become a trusted name in early childhood education. Her hands-on approach, tireless efforts, and genuine affection for children have earned her the admiration of parents and the local community. Kiddys Play House stands as a lasting testament to her vision of creating a joyful, safe, and stimulating learning environment for young learners.

Kiddys Play House proudly clinched the prestigious state-level “Golden School” award from the Little Champ Olympiad for exams conducted in 2024-25. This honor recognizes the school’s outstanding performance among top schools, celebrating the exceptional achievements of its young learners in academics and talent competitions.
activities Experiences sparking creativity & curiosity
Colour Month
Our Color Month activity brings a rainbow of fun to the classroom, with one or two colors celebrated each day through themed games, crafts, and stories. Children dress in the day’s hues, explore color hunts, and create art like painting or sorting objects, sparking excitement and sensory discovery.
Shape Month
During Shape Month, children learn to identify basic shapes through fun, hands-on activities. Each week focuses on one shape, helping children recognise shapes in their surroundings and build early math skills.
Krishna Janamasthami
We excitedly celebrate Krishna Janmashtami at Kiddy’s Play House. Children can come dressed in beautiful “Radha” and “Krishna” attire. Best dressed Radha and Krishna will be awarded special prizes! We celebrate this festive day with joy, colours, music, and devotion.
Republic Day
At our preschool, Republic Day is celebrated with pride and excitement. Children come dressed in traditional outfits representing different states of India, showcasing our country’s rich culture.
Activities include flag hoisting, patriotic songs, and storytelling about the significance of the day.
